1. SMS Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Sahar and Tre LLC as part of our SMS program. Message types include:

Webinar reminders and scheduling updates
Follow-up educational content related to our training programs
Marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates related to our online education and training programs
Transactional messages related to your registration

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS program or use our services. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

3. How to Opt Out (Text STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received our messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

5. Message & Data Rate Disclosures

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our program and the nature of your opt-in (marketing vs. non-marketing). For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (wireless service providers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Sahar and Tre LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or network conditions.

7. Privacy Policy

For information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including SMS opt-in data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable law.

8. Compliance

We are committed to full compliance with all applicable laws and industry standards governing SMS communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
